Morgan Otto APRN, FNP-C
Morgan Otto graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2021 with her Master of Science in Nursing degree. She specializes in Family Medicine after receiving her board certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Morgan received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Mount Carmel College of Nursing and worked as an infusion nurse in a rheumatology office for 5 years prior to joining Breakthrough Medical Plus.
Currently, she resides in Baltimore, Ohio, with her husband, Andrew, her six-month old daughter, Rosalie, and her two Labrador retrievers, Graham and Gordon. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and exploring local breweries.
Morgan is passionate about healthcare and establishing ongoing relationships with her patients. Her extensive knowledge of the immune and musculoskeletal system will be an asset to the practice. She is eager to begin her career and further her knowledge as a provider at Breakthrough Medical Plus.

Dr. Zachary A. Gorman
Dr. Zachary A. Gorman is a graduate of Pickerington Central High School in Pickerington, Ohio. He received his bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in 2017 and graduated from the University of Mount Union with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Dr. Gorman’s interest in physical therapy developed from his own personal experiences with injuries he endured as an athlete. When referred to a sports medicine physical therapy clinic, he learned about the benefits of manual therapy when combined with exercise and decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. Dr. Gorman has since developed a special interest in orthopedic manual therapy after working alongside various skilled manual therapists during his education. He has received additional training in manual therapy and thrust joint manipulation, along with functional nutrition and chronic pain.
Dr. Gorman’s approach to physical therapy treatment is unique to each patient and specifically addresses their complaints and limitations. He provides a wide variety of services including therapeutic exercise, balance training, strength training, joint mobilization, manipulation, soft tissue massage, functional training, sports performance, lifestyle and nutrition counseling. Dr. Gorman addresses physical limitations due to chronic disease and pain, injury, and post-surgery. He has extensive outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine experience.
Dr. Gorman and his wife, Lindsey, currently live in Pickerington, Ohio with their 17-month-old daughter, Dixie, and their dog, Cooper. Dr. Gorman returned to Breakthrough Medical Plus in September 2022 as the lead physical therapist.
